In the completion of the present work there are feeling of achievement and satisfaction in moment of happiness I take opportunity to all those who mattered. I am highly grateful to Dr. W.S.Lakra, director of the National Breau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow , for giving permission to undergo a short term summer training program from 1st june 2011 to 30th june 2011 at this institution . I also thank Dr. L.K.Tyagi , scientist ,Sr. scale & incharge training & placement cell for considering me as a summer trainee and allotted concerned scientist. I am highly thankful to respected Dr.B.Khushwaha , Sr.scientist ,cytogenetics and genotoxicity laboratory ,NBFGR, under whom I felt blessed to work.
