STEP
TASKS
1. SUBMIT all application documents* in a long brown envelope. 2. SECURE referral slip from the Admissions Office (ADM) to pay for the application fee. 3. PRESENT the referral slip and PAY the application fee at the Accounting office (at the Ground Floor Lobby of either the Andrew Gonzalez Hall (AGH) or St. La Salle (LS) Building). 4. PRESENT the official receipt (O.R.) to ADM and SECURE ADM KIT and your Document Tracking System (DTS) Number. 5. TAKE the DLSU-Graduate Admission Test (DLSU-GAT) (if any) on the schedule indicated on the Testing Permit.

endorsed to the departments. Non-compliance will result in automatic deferment of application. Students seeking financial assistance must secure a referral slip from ADM then proceed to the Scholarship and Financial Assistance (SFA Office) at LS 101 Mezzanine Floor to get the Financial Assistance Application Form. Application for scholarship is processed simultaneously with your application for admission. There are no available scholarships for international applicants.

DEPARTMENTAL REVIEW AND INTERVIEW
6. Exam results, together with other application documents, are forwarded to the department for departmental review ten (10) working days after you take the exams. WAIT for your respective college department secretary to contact you for an interview appointment. The secretaries will use the contact numbers you indicated on your application form. Not all applicants will be asked to appear for an interview. If you have any concerns, please direct your query to the department secretaries for updates.
The test results form part of the submitted documentary requirements for review. The results of the Admission Exams are classified/confidential and cannot be discussed nor shown to the examinee at any point. *College of Computer Studies and the College of Science do not conduct interviews.

You may monitor your admission status via the DTS on-line facility at http://enroll.dlsu.edu.ph/dlsu/dts within or about five (5) weeks after taking the DLSU-GAT
