Failure to perform aforesaid covenant(s) OR vacate the premises WITHIN TEN (10) days as required by this notice, will result in summary proceedings against you to remove you from said premises for the holding over after the expiration of this NOTICE and will demand the value of your use and occupancy of the premises during such holding over.
