SONIC INFORMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED ( The Company ) is a Private Limited company incorporated under the lows of India. The Company has launched a business to sales & purchase of software products. Business Associates means Silver, Gold, Diamond and other designation provided by company. The person authorized by the company will explain and provide training to the Business Associate All the payments for purchasing of business kit shall be made by Demand Draft / Cheques in favour of SONIC INFORMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED, payable at Pune & should be deposited at any IDBI branch A/c No. 0007102000027414, IFSC Code: IBKL0000007 The Company reserve the right to make changes ,amendments or alteration in services provided by the company , including and changes in the Marketing Strategy, compensation plan, polices and procedure from time to time as the company may deed fit and necessary to do so. All the benefits/incentives of approved business are payable by Account payee Cheque or RTGS / NEFT only. Monthly statement will be mailed on request on chargeable basis, which includes the Actual cost of communications and delivery of the statement. If the company find you to get involved in other competitive company then your membership will be terminated immediately. The management is having sole discretion to organize the Training Session/Presentations/ Seminars/ Educational Programs and the same will be informed by mail / sms / website to all the Business Associates accordingly. If any Business Associates wants to promote/market the products of the company in any other means except this promotional plan, which helps the company to increase its sales, then a prior written permission is required from the management of the company. All the payments will be subjected to all applicable taxes and other tax withholding, duties and levies. The payment given for the purchase of any business product will abide all the terms and conditions of the company. Any disputes arising from this agreement or in relation to the agreement shall be referred to a duly appointed arbitrator by the company. Business Associates should not raise any objection on the ground that the arbitrator is having any connection with the company. The company at his discretion reserves the whole rights to terminate any Business Associates. Company is not liable for any claim, cost damage due to the misrepresentation of Business Associates about the company and its services. Business Associates is not allowed to use company's network for market / promote any other product or business which is not related company. Company Cheque Written charges will be as per companies policy prevailing from time to time Business Associate will have to renew his business Plan yearly as per prevailing applicable charges for the concern plan. T.D.S and other taxes as per Govt. norms. User Id will be generated only after cheque or Demand draft is honoured. All the Business Associates should understand the business and companies policy before joining the company. Sold goods are not returnable or transferable. All the above terms and condition s are applicable for everybody including nominee. An Introducer is responsible for insuring that his/her Introductory Business Associates is able to acquire SONIC INFORMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED Business kit. The business kit should be supplied within a reasonable period of time. An Introducer may supply them from his/her own inventory or services them through his/her supervisor, If Business Associates are non supervisors, or by ordering directly from SONIC INFORMATICS PRIVATE LIMITEDI have gone through all terms and conditions mentioned above in and I undertake to abide by all the terms and conditions of the company. Demo can be shown only once to one person in a family above 18 years of age Demo can be shown only to the person you know or referred by a person who has seen the demo. All fields in the feedback form should be filled with correct data (Empty fields are not allowed) Business associate can appoint another business associate only if he has not seen the Demo at all. Business Associate account is subject to suspension if No Demo is shown for 3 Consecutive days, but can be reactivated on payment of fine Rs. 250 or as decided by management from time to time. Business Associate account is subject to termination if No Demo is shown for 24 Consecutive days, can rejoin for maximum 3 TIMES by full payment of plan charges along with promissory note. Business Associate is responsible to submit all belongings of the company peacefully and obtain clearance for account settlement with in 15 days from termination or surrender of Business Associate ship with company. Company reserves the right to disqualify any demo without assigning any reason. The decision of the company should be final and bounding on business associate. Business Associate will not join any other company in similar products or services till one year from the date of termination or surrender of business associate ship. Business Associate can undertake Product Promotion, Marketing and Sales as per the guideline provided by the company Company reserves the right to change or alter all or any terms and condition without prior notice, but will be updated by electronic mail. Business Associate is Individual and is neither partner nor employee of the company. Business Associate is not liable for any benefits given to employee / staff / management of the company. This agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of laws. The parties agree to the exclusive Jurisdiction and venue of the civil courts of Pune for the resolution of all disputes arising under this Agreement.
