Ingredient Split green gram with skin (chilkewali moong dal),soaked Split green gram skinless (dhuli moong dal) ,soaked kolam rice,soaked Desi ghee Cloves Cinnamon Asafoetida Ginger,chopped French beans,chopped Carrot,cubed Shelled green peas Salt Turmeric powder Carrot,grated Green chillies METHOD

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cloves, cinnamon, asafoetida, ginger, chilkewali moong dal, dhuli moong dal, and rice and mix well. Saut for 2-3 minutes. Add French beans, cubed carrot, green peas, salt, turmeric powder, grated carrot

and 5 cups water and mix. Break green chilli and add. Close the pressure cooker with the lid and cook under pressure till 2-3 whistles are given. Open the cooker when the pressure reduces completely and serve piping hot.
