the different clinical areas regardless of their employment status as the respondents. The full cooperation and honesty of the respondents in answering series of questions will have a great bearing in the result of the study.

RESEARCH DESIGN
This study will use the descriptive analytical correlational research. The descriptive research will enable the researcher to record, describe, interpret and analyze the profile of the respondents, experiences in medication errors, and experiences in medication error reporting, observe the clinical areas practices, and review available records related in the study. The analytic approach will also be utilized to identify the barriers that hinder nurses to report medication errors. Correlational research, on the other hand, will help discover and clarify relationship between the profile nurses and medication error reporting.
SAMPLING DESIGN
This study will make use of stratified sampling method: proportionate allocation strategy since the study will make use of respondents with varying number of subpopulation: regular, casual, and job-order nurses.
RESEARCH INSTRUMENT
The researcher prepared tools for the data gathering. These are questionnaire, observation guide, records review. Questionnaire. A set of researcher-made questionnaire. This is consists of structured and open-ended type of questions and were divided into several parts prepared to the respondents: Part 1 contains the respondents profile: a) Educational Attainment, b) Status of Employment, c) Years of experience in clinical practice, and d) Continuing education attended regarding drug administration; Part 2 includes the experiences in medication errors; and Part 3 dealt with the experiences in medication error reporting. Observation Guide. The researcher will act as direct-observer in this study. The researcher will record the observed practices in the clinical area regarding prevention of medication errors.
Records Review. The research will utilize secondary resources mainly found in the nursing service office regarding: incidence of medication error reported, the policy regarding incidents of medication errors committed by nurses.
