Detailed LED descriptions are located in the User Manual Chapter 9.

LEDs are either red or green. They can be solid ON or OFF, or they can blink at different rates. The blinking rates can be regular or irregular as follows.

Even -

Slow (1000ms ON/1000ms OFF)

Medium (500ms ON/500ms OFF) Fast (100ms ON/100ms OFF).

Uneven - 100ms ON/900ms OFF - 900ms ON/100ms OFF. Irregular - The LED flickers at a high but unpredictable rate.

Verifies that the operator and supervisor headset jacks can sense a headset when it is plugged into the jack. Varies the intensity of the LEDs on the displays using the up/down on the Keypad. The test injects a 1KHz tone into the headset/speakers as controlled by the test function and varies in intensity with the volume control. The VU meter on the keypad displays the loudness of the input to the microphone as selected in the test function. Verifies the microphones are functioning normally The keypad display will indicate which handset/headset input device is activating PTT.(the footswitch can be tested here) The incoming call chime level is varied with the Chime Vol. control and the keypad display indicates the signal level variation Allows the operator to substitute the MIC Audio with an internally generated 1kHz tone @-13dBm.
