T.38 IP fax enables the UMG8900 to set up a point-to-point
Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) or User Datagram Protocol (UDP)
connection to terminals on IP networks, encapsulate T.30 packets into
T.38 packets, and transfer T.38 packets over IP networks.
In UMG8900
V200R009C05,
T.38 fax supports
40ms
packetization.

ALM-3985 "MTP3 Link Overload" is generated when the total size of the
messages sent or received over the MTP3 link in the previous minute reaches
the value of Link overload begin. This helps link monitoring and expansion
planning.
Unavailable A-interface circuit detection
ALM-0869 "The count of the circuits in the A-interface trunk reaches the
threshold" is generated when the percentage of idle circuits or that of blocked
and faulty circuits exceeds the specified alarm threshold (%) in three
consecutive measurement periods, after the alarm data is configured for an Ainterface trunk group by running ADD AIETKCALM. To generate ALM 0860
"Circuit reset failure of the MGW" rather than ALM-0869 "The count of the
circuits in the A-interface trunk reaches the threshold", do not set bits 7-8 of P95
to 00. You are advised to use ALM-0869.
For changes of alarms, see UMG8900 V200R009C05 Alarm Delta Description.
