    MUV (Innova):
    Innova is available only in Chennai and it is booked on all weekends (93%
    utilisation) but weekday utilisation is just 37%.

    Economy Segment:
    In Coimbatore, both weekday and weekend utilisation is 85%.
    In Chennai, weekend utilisation is 80% while weekday utilisation is 40%.

    Sedan segment:
    In Chennai, both weekend and weekday utilisation is 80%.
    In Coimbatore, both weekend and weekday utilisation is 75%.

    SUV segment:
    In Chennai, SUV segment is having weekend utilisation of 78% but weekday
    utilisation is only 47%.
    In Coimbatore, SUV has weekend utilisation of 92% while weekday
    utilisation is 73%.
    WAYS TO INCREASE UTILISATION
    Innova utilisation has to be increased on weekdays.

    i) Long term rental will be tapped for Innova.

    Economy segment business has to be taken care in


    Chennai for weekdays.

    i) Corporate clients should be tapped for economy


    cars.
    ii) Individual guests who enquire for cars can be
    recommended with hatch-backs.
    iii) Workshop tie-ups to be increased for
    replacement cars
    WAYS TO INCREASE UTILISATION
    (CONT)

    Sedan is comparatively the best performing


    segment in Chennai and Coimbatore throughout
    the week.

    SUV segment utilisation has to be concentrated


    in Chennai during weekdays.

    i) Long term rentals and short term rentals.
