9. Growth Stimulators
KMP expressway a recent initiative of Haryana & U.P. govt.
would act as a ring road to NCR. The expressway once
completed would link areas of Kundli, Manesar, Palwal with
Gurgaon, Faridabad, NOIDA & Ghaziabad. The improved
connectivity of Faridabad would result in appreciation of the
property prices.

Planned extension of Delhi Metro to South Delhi is also


expected to increase the marketability of Faridabad.

Completion of recently announced new bridge over the busy


Badarpur crossing, is expected to reduce the traffic congestion
on Mathura Road connecting Faridabad to South Delhi.
Great future connectivity to NOIDA, Greater NOIDA,
South Delhi & Gurgaon. Gurgaon-Faridabad wide road
is already in place. Flyover from NOIDA – Greater
NOIDA expressway is proposed.

Expressway from Kalindi Kunj is slated to be


completed before Commonwealth games 2010 which
will facilitate a smooth journey to Agra.
