 POSYANDU
Posyandu adalah salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan
Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan
diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk, dan bersama masyarakat
dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan dengan
menciptakan kemampuan untuk hidup sehat bagi setiap
penduduk dalam mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal,
guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan
kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan
dasar untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan
bayi. (Depkes RI, 2016)
Tujuan Posyandu
1. Menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan anak
2. Meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan ibu untuk menurunkan IMR atau
infant mortality rate / angka kematian bayi
3. Mempercepat penerimaan NKKBS atau norma keluarga kecil bahagia
dan sejahtera
4. Meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan kegiatan
ksesehatan dan menunjang peningkatan hidup sehat
5. Pendekatan dan pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat
sehingga tercapai peningkatan cakupan pelayanan kesehatan
6. Meningkatkan dan membina peran serta masyarakat dalam rangka alih
teknologi untuk usaha kesehatan masyarakat
Kegiatan 5 Meja
Posyandu dilaksanakan setiap sebulan sekali. Pelayanan masyarakat
dilakukan dengan sistem 5 meja, yakni :

1) Meja 1 : Pendaftaran
2) Meja 2 : Penimbangan
3) Meja 3 : Pengisian KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat)
4) Meja 4 : Penyuluhan perorangan
5) Meja 5 : Pelayanan Kesehatan (pelayanan imunisasi, pemberian vitamin
A, pengobatan ringan, pembagian pil atau kondom, konsultasi KB-
Kesehatan)

Kegiatan posyandu yang paling utama adalah salah satunya

memantau pertumbuhan balita. Pemantau pertumbuhan balita berguna
untuk mengetahui apakah balita tumbuh dengan baik. Pemantau
pertumbuhan balita biasanya dilakukan dengan pengukuran antropometri.
Kegiatan 5 Meja

Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan dilapangan, yakni

kunjungan mahasiswa ke 3 posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Beji,
yaitu Posyandu Tawes I, Posyandu Tenggiri, dan Posyandu Kakap II,
kegiatan di meja 4 yang diperuntukan untuk kegiatan konseling ternyata
tidak berjalan.

Selama kegiatan magang gizi masyarakat, mahasiswa

mengikuti kegiatan pemantauan gizi balita di posyandu dengan
berpartisipasi dalam penimbangan berat badan balita, pengukuran tinggi
badan balita, pecatatan KMS, serta konseling gizi.

Berdasarkan observasi mahasiswa :

• Posyandu Tawes I, alat-alat sudah cukup lengkap kecuali tidak terdapat
length board
• Posyandu Tenggiri, alat-alat pengukuran sudah lengkap dan sudah ada
yang lebih modern
• Posyandu Kakap II, alat-alat pengukuran sudah cukup lengkap dengan
yang lebih modern tetapi tidak terdapat timbangan manual
Cakupan Vitamin A
Kekurangan vitamin A (KVA) yang berlangsung lama di dalam tubuh dapat
menimbulkan masalah kesehatan seperti kecacingan serta malnutrisi kronis
yang dapat meningkatkan risiko kesakitan dan kematian balita. Sehingga, di
canangkan strategi penanggulangan KVA dengan pemberian kapsul vitamin
A kepada bayi (6-11 bulan), balita (1-5 tahun), serta ibu nifas setahun
sebanyak 2 kali pada bulan Februari dan Agustus.

Berdasarkan observasi mahasiswa :

• Posyandu Tawes I, cakupan balita 6-59 bulan adalah 53% sehingga
belum mencapai target (87%)
• Posyandu Tenggiri, cakupan balita 6-59 bulan adalah 88,82% sehingga
sudah mencapai target (87%)
• Posyandu Kakap II, cakupan balita 6-59 bulan adalah 85,1% sehingga
belum mencapai target (87%)
Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) Balita

Makanan Tmabahan Balita adalah suplementasi gizi berupa makanan

tambahan dalam bentuk biskuit dengan formula khusus dan difortifikasi
dengan vitamin dan mineral yang diberikan kepada bayi dan anak balita (6-
59 bulan) dengan kategori kurus.

Tiap kemasan primer dari Kemenkes (4 keping/40 gram) mengandung

minimum 160 kalori, 3,2-4,8 gram protein, 4-7,2 gram lemak.
Diperkaya dengan 10 macam vitamin (A, D, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12,
Asam Folat) dan 7 macam mineral (Besi, Iodium, Seng, Kalsium, Natrium,
Selenium, Fosfor).

Berdasarkan observasi mahasiswa :

• Posyandu Tawes I, Posyandu Tenggiri maupun Posyandu Kakap II telah

tersedia makanan tambahan dari Kemenkes yang sesuai dengan
kebutuhan zat gizi balita. Selain itu, sebagai pendamping makanan
tambahan dari Kemenkes, para kader Posyandu juga memberikan
berbagai macam makanan tambahan, seperti kue pisang, sereal instan,
pudding, sup ayam dan

tersebut belum memenuhi target cakupan balita yang ditimbang berat
badanya (D/S) dimana target tersebut sebesar 85%.

 POSBINDU
Posbindu adalah sebuah wadah, tempat pelayanan terpadu yang
diperuntuhkan bagi lansia disuatu daerah tertentu yang
didalamnya terdapat pelayanan kesehatan dan kegiatan
peningkatan kesehatan serta kesejahteraan lansia yang dalam
pelaksanaanya melibatkan peran masyarakat dan organisasi
sosial (Depkes RI, 2006).

Tujuan Posbindu adalah untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan

dan mutu kehidupan untuk mencapai masa tua yang bahagia
dan berguna dalam kehidupan keluarga dan masyarakat sesuai
dengan eksistensinya dalam strata kemasyarakatan.
Kegiatan 5 Meja
Penyelenggaraan posbindu dengan system 5 meja, dengan kegiatan
sebagai berikut:

1) Meja Satu: Pendaftaran dilakukan sebelum pelaksanaan pelayanan.

2) Meja Kedua : Pengukuran tekanan darah, pemeriksaan kesehatan dan
pemeriksaan status mental.
3) Meja Ketiga: Pencatatan kegiatan sehari-hari yang dilakukan usia lanjut,
serta penimbangan berat badan dan pengukuran tinggi badan.
4) Meja Keempat : Pelayanan dokter meliputi anamnesa keluhan dan
pencatatan pada KMS (keluhan sasaran kegiatan dicatat beserta
tindakan yang diperlukan misalkan pemberian saran-saran, obat
ataupun rekomendasi rujuk ke Fasyankes)
5) Meja Kelima : Pemberian penyuluhan dan konseling.

Berdasarkan observasi mahasiswa :

• 3 Posbindu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Beji yaitu, Posbindu Tawes I,

Posbindu Tenggiri, dan Posbindu Kakap II, kegiatan di meja 5 yang
diperuntukan untuk kegiatan konseling tidak tersedia. Hal ini disebabkan
oleh tidak tersedianya tenaga kesehatan khusus untuk melaksanakan
penyuluhan dan konseling kesehatan.
Kegiatan 5 Meja
Selama kegiatan magang gizi masyarakat, mahasiswa berpartisipasi dalam
kegiatan posbindu yang diadakan pada wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas
Kecamatan Beji. Mahasiswa berpartisipasi dalam penimbangan BB,
pengukuran TB, pengukuran tekanan darah, serta konseling gizi.
