 Talent4Assure Assessment Services Private Limited is a
leading and globally accepted Assessments & IT solutions
provider and currently at the forefront of offshore software
development to serve the people across the world.

 It was established in 2009, with a view to endowing its


clients with the optimum IT Solutions in terms of
assessments, content management & software
development.

 The main functional areas were merely assessments. Today


Talent4Assure has a name in assessments & applications

PRESENT LEADERSHIP
(A). MR PRAVESH RANA (Managing Director of Talent4Assure)

 He is the managing director of Talent4Assure. He started


this company in 2009. Mr. Rana has conducted our training
session and motivated us in each possible way. He
introduced us with the company and its business.

(B). MS NIKITA SINGHAL (Chief Operating Officer)

 She is chief operating officer of the company. She motivates


the employees in each and every possible ways
JOB PART
RECRUITMENT

 Searching of free job portals


 Posting of job vacancy available in company on different free job
portals
 Sourcing resumes through portals
 Screening the resumes of Candidates to meet the particular job
profile requirement
 Short listing the candidates and pitching them about the vacancy
available and then scheduling up the interviews.
 After scheduling interview on phone, Interview Confirmation mail was
sent to candidate by me from career mail id of the company which
contained date, time and place of interview.
 Maintaining and updating database of candidates whom i called &
who came for interview, got selected, rejected or pending.
 Regular follow up and maintaining database of selected candidates
to confirm their joining dates and with candidates whether they are
coming for interview or not.
COORDINATING INTERVIEWS
 Coordinating in the interview process
 Candidate who came for interview I made them register
themselves on Self Enable.
 After registering, I used to give them question paper and
sheet and made them sit for the written exam.
 After completion of test I took their test paper to our HR Ms
Ritu Chaudhary, after which she used to take HR round
interview.
 After HR round the candidate has to meet the COO of the
company Ms Nikita Singhal for final decision.

DOCUMENTATION
 Also handled the documentation of the new Joiners and new
interns who joined after me.
 List of document was given to me and I had to collect all
documents mentioned in that list from the new
joining/interns.
TEAM MANAGEMENT

 I had team of 4 interns under me.


 Helped them prepare pitch by having demo call sessions
 I used to help them with the recruitment of candidates, how to pitch them for various
posts.
 I helped in making job description for various posts available in our company, mainly
for software developer, digital marketing associate
 Helped them to make accounts on different job portals as an employer, posts for job
and posting them on different websites and portals.
 Explained them how to send Interview Confirmation mails and Job confirmation
mails.
 Helped them in preparing database of candidates they were calling.

OTHER JOBS
 Increasing of connections on LinkedIn.
 Also handled CV given by my mentor.
 Made calls to the interns who were selected to check their joining status and create
database
 I also handled front desk (ADMIN).
 I was in-charge of the dress code of the company.
 I also made job description for software developer and digital marketing associate.
RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

 There should be a proper attendance system so that it will


reduce the time of HR people in counting the leave of the
employees.
 The employee must be given some benefits and rewards.
 There must be separate room for the candidates for their
written test. Good seating arrangements should be there.
 The employee must be given good canteen facilities.
 Proper reporting system must be there.
 The training session should be more professional.
 The company should pay more focus on employee retention.
