    • H1B visa in the united states under the


    immigration and nationality act, that allows us
    employers to temporarily employ foreign
    workers.
    • skilled occupation requires the application of
    specialized knowledge and a bachelor. Degree
    or the equitant of work experience.
    H1B VISA
    • It is a primary method for employers to recruit
    and hire international professionals and
    students to work in USA.
    • Enables US employers to hire foreign
    professionals for a specified period of time.
    PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR H1B VISA
    • First find the sponsoring company promoting
    your stay in US.
    • Apply for the company and get qualified for
    the job.
    • Once it is completed with your assistance
    employer can file petition to USCIS.
    BASIC REQUIREMENTS
    • Employee must have at least a relevant
    bachelors degree or equivalent ,or higher
    degree.
    • Position must be a specialty occupation.
    • Employer must pay at least the prevailing
    wages.
    ADVANTAGES

    • Allows long term work in US.

    a) Up to 3 years initially.
    b) Renewable for 3more years, up to 6year
    maximum.
    c) Eligible for another 6 years after 1 year stay

    B-1 VISA
    • B-1 [ Business]
    • EX : professionals convections, routine
    business meetings.
    • B-2[VISITOR]
    • EX: Tourist, social visits to friends ,family
    ,medical treatment .
    L-1 VISA[INTRA COMPANY TRANSFER]
    • L1 visa by far has become a popular non
    immigrant entry permit of the USA.as it is
    extensively used by several over several
    organization, either already having their
    establishments in the U S. or intending to
    expand their business and foot print in the
    country.
    R-1 VISA[RELIGIOUS WORK]
    • The R1 visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows
    religious workers in the religious vocation or
    occupation to work in the U S for a period
    upto5 years and eventually apply for a green
    card for permanent residence.
    F-1 VISA [STUDENTS]
    • An F1 visa is issued to international students
    who are attending an academic program at a
    US college or university.
    • F-1 students must maintain the minimum
    course load for full time students status.
    DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FILLING
    • Digital photograph
    Before filling H1B application you need to keep your digital photographs of 600*600or
    1200*1200 pixel density. The photograph should be in JPG format and size not more
    than 240 kb only color photograph.
    • Complete H1B visa form
    H1B application also know as DS-160 form available in online at the department state
    web site. once you complete filling and submitting this application a bar code number
    will be generated which is you future reference for arranging your nan immigrant visa
    appointment.
    • Create profile and fix appointment
    In the US visa service web site and schedule appointment for a visa interview . Make
    sure to take the appointment within a year of applying.
    • Paying visa fees
    In the appointment page you can also locate option to pay the visa fees in online.

    A day or before the visa appointment date your
    finger print will be collected at the visa
    application center.

    On the visa interview date remember to carry all
