     Service is an act or performance that one party can offer


    to another that is essentially intangible and does not
    result in the ownership of anything.
    (Kotler 1999)
     Services are deeds, acts, or performances.
    (Berry, 1980)
     Services are intangible activities, benefits or satisfactions
    that are offered for sale and does not result in the
    ownership of anything.
