The Scaled Agile Framework coordinates multiple teams at the program level to align their efforts with business strategy and priorities. The Product Management function is responsible for creating a vision, converting it into prioritized features in the Program Backlog, and planning a roadmap for delivery. The vision generally comes from investment themes, portfolio epics, customer feedback, and architectural inputs. Teams are organized into Squads working on features, Tribes of related Squads, and Chapters for sharing expertise across Squads. Guilds are informal groups for discussing common interests.
