- It is the core of the system. It is really is


the PC; everything else is connected to it,
and it controls everything in the system.
Memory
Module
-The systems memory is called RAM
(Random Access Memory). This is the
primary memory, which holds all the
programs and data the processor is using
at a given time.
Hard Drive

- It is a non-volatile memory hardware


device that permanently stores and
retrieves data on a computer.
CD/DVD Rom
Drive
- CD (Compact Disk) and DVD (Digital
Versatile Disk) drives are relatively high
capacity, removable media and optical
drives.
PSU (Power
Supply Unit)
- The power supply feeds electrical power
to every single part in the PC.
System Case

- It is the frame that houses the


motherboard, power supply, disk drives,
and other physical components in the
system.
