     BA adalah serangkaian Tugas dan Teknik, digunakan untuk
    bekerja sebagai penghubung antara para pemangku
    kepentingan untuk memahami struktur, kebijakan, dan operasi
    suatu organisasi, dan merekomendasikan solusi yang
    memungkinkan organisasi mencapai tujuannya (lembaga
    analisis bisnis internasional, 2008).
     BA menginvestigasi ide dan masalah, merumuskan opsi ke
    depannya, menghasilkan kesimpulan dan rekomendasi
    kasus bisnis.
