     4G is the fourth generation wireless system.

     The overall goal of the network is to provide a


    compressive and secure internet protocol with much
    faster speed.

    4 G network provides speed of 100Mbps to 1Gbps


    WHY TO HAVE 4G?
     It supports Interactive multimedia
    services :
    like teleconferencing, video conferencing
    and wireless Internet .. Etc.

     Wider bandwidths, higher bit rates.


    Global mobility and service portability.
    Low cost.
    Scalability of mobile networks.
    WHAT’S NEW IN 4G ?
     Entirely packet-switched networks.
     All network elements are digital.
     Higher bandwidths to provide multimedia services
    at lower cost (up to 100Mbps).
     Frequency band is 2 – 8 GHz.
     It offers download speed between 3 Mbps to 6
    Mbps.
     Tight network security.
    HISTORY
    1G is the analog wireless communication known as
    cell phones. It replace 0G technology, that is Radio
    Telephones.

    2G can digital signals. It provides mobile phone


    technologies such as calls, text messages, mms etc. 2G
    technology holds efficient security for both sender and

    network.
    CONCLUSION
     The proposed wireless system
    discussed above may provide a unique
    solution for the highway portion of the
    high-bandwidth global communication
    system of the future.

     4G networks may eventually deliver


    on all the promises. These advances will make
    high-speed data/voice-over-Internet-protocol
    (VoIP) networks a reality
