THE COMPLEX IS BUILT ON THE AREA OF 9 ACRES WITH SUPER
BUILT-UP AREA OF 97,000 SQ.MT.CAN BE ACCESSED THROUGH
THREE SIDEA HAVING LODHI ROAD ON THE NORTHERN SIDE
SEGREGATE VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRAIN MOVEMENT.

• THERE ARE 5 MAIN BUIDINGS SERVING VERIOUS FUNCTIONAL

SPACES LIKE OFFICE SPACES,EXHIBITION SPACES,CONFERENCE
FACLITES,CAFETERIAS.
• THE CONVENTION CENTER IS DIVIDDED INTO TOW
STRUCTURES,AN AUDITORIUM AND THE CONVENTION CENTRE.
THE SEGREGATION HELP IN BETTER HANDLING OF THE CROWD
AND THERE IS ALSO A SEPARATE ENTRY TO THE CONVENTION
CENTRE THAT AVOID OTHER DISTURBANCE.
• THERE IS ALSO A BASEMENT PARKING AROUND 1000 CARS.
• SEGREGATION OF PEESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR ENTRY WITH THE
USE OF THE LEVEL DIFFERENCE CREATES A DIFFERENT
APPOROACH TO THE ECOMPLEX.

10 locations of different configurations ranging
