How to develop a design strategy in response to culture? 3. What factors to consider in designing a building that would make it naturally and uniquely grow out of the conditions of the site? possible effects of adapting the a cultural responsive building to a fast growing city. 2. To develop a design strategy in response to the city’s culture. 3. To design a building which grows naturally and uniquely in relation to the conditions of its site. To summarized the result of the survey conducted, the
majority of the respondents answered that there is a need for a new government center which is geared towards the idea of improving the services offered by the government and at the same time, give the people a hassle free experience. Design Concept Form Concept
