• They provide infrastructure facilities to small scale industries. Due
to the assistance provided by SIDCO, many backward areas in most of the states have been developed. So, SIDCO has also been responsible in spreading the industrial activity throughout several states. OBJECTIVES OF SIDC’S
• The main objective of SIDCO is to stimulate the growth of
industries in the small scale sector • To provide infrastructure facilities like roads, drainage, electricity, water supply, etc • To Promote industrial estates which will provide industrial sheds of different sizes with all basic infrastructure facilities. • To Provide technical assistance through training facilities to the entrepreneurs. • To Promote skilled labor through the setting up of industrial training institutes. • APIIC is an Andhra Pradesh Government initiative for providing
infrastructure through development of industrial areas. • APIIC was established in the year 1973. • The Corporation also has active projects in the Public-Private Partnership Mode. • Present chairperson of APPIIC - R.K Roja Member of Legislatative assembly Andhra Pradesh. PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

• Raheja's Mindspace developed its first project in Hyderabad on 110 acres
of land allotted by APIIC.[9] The techno-campus-cum-park plan in Madhapur was executed in 2004, through a joint venture between the Raheja Group and Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (APIIC).[10] • With 21 buildings, Mindspace Madhapur is Hyderabad's first and largest Indian Green Building Council Gold Rating Campus, with systems for monitoring indoor air quality, managing rainwater systems, sewage treatment plants, solar panels, etc. The 4-acre reserve green area in Mindspace Madhapur has 3,500 trees within the campus, and consists of an open air theatre, and tennis courts.
