SWOT analysis. This analysis assess the areas that needs improvement. This

process can assist HR and the organization as a whole in creating a one,

three or five-year HR plan for the growth of the organization.

Additionally, this will help to consider and reveal issues outside of the

organization allows strategic decisions to be made for the utilization of

limited resources in the future.

The only difference between them is that HRIS is data driven. How does that

matter?
HRM automates the basic day to day process of HR, minimizing any human error

that may that may occur.

HRIS is data driven, meaning it works based on past data and generates a

possible decision making pattern.

This data driven decision making capability helps a healthy job postings,

receiving online resumes and applications, hiring workflow, creating and

managing candidate resource pool becomes much easy and streamlined.
