The document describes the maintenance process for fixing a tube sheet in a heat exchanger. It involves disconnecting and removing parts, performing hydrotests to check for leaks, and final cleaning before handover.

The steps described are blinding inlets/outlets, removing the distributor and cover, installing blinds, performing a shell hydrotest to check for leaks, performing a tube side hydrotest to check for leaks, reinstalling the cover and distributor, and final cleaning.

The document emphasizes that a safety plan must be in place before starting any work. Safety measures like grounding, installing blinds, and using appropriate PPE would be part of the safety plan.
