    MRP : MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING

    MTO : MD50
    MTS : MD02
    For Running MRP ; Following Pre –
    requisites must be met.
    1. Maintain MRP1, 2, 3, 4 & work
    scheduling views in material master
    2. Customer Requirements in terms of
    Sales Orders OR Planned Independent
    Requirements
    3. Other master data like BOM, Resource
    & Master Recipe has to be made & in
    place.
    Maintaining MRP Type,
    Reorder Point, Lot size is
    must
    Check the status of stock &
    requirements before running MRP.
    T. code : MD04
    Stock is 10 to
    Planned independent requirements will be
    generated from SOP ( check with T.Code : MD62 )
    OR
    you can create it manually using t.code : md61
    Check whether PIR is seen in MD04
    PIR
    Now run MRP with parameters above.
    T. code MD02
    Planning result screen will appear. Check for
    each & every item & if ok, then only save.

    For checking results of MRP , select


    that item & click on selected result.
    Save

    Stock : 10 Max. stock level : 100


    Requirement : 200 Planned order : 90
    Double click on planned order;
    A pop up menu will appear
    Click here to convert planned order to
    process order
    A process order will appear. Now
    execute it.
    END
