Overview
• The proposal is to convert an existing office space 89 ‘ x 89 ‘ in
dimension and standing 5 stories tall into a 4-star Hotel with rooftop
restaurant by expanding the facility which measures 159’ x 159’  and
complying with all the applicable codes & standards and with green
building concepts and futuristic technologies.
Project Objective
• To evaluate the existing facility for conversion.
• Identification of existing utility and utilizing for new proposal.
• Design of Air conditioning system for entire facility.
• Design of utility equipment.
• Design of plumbing / piping.
• Design of electrical fixtures, cabling, panel and transformer.
