    As defined, Political Law in general covers the following fields of law:

    a) political law/constitutional law I (organization of


    government);
    b) constitutional law II (Bill of Rights)
    c) public corporation law;
    d) law on public officers;
    e) election laws;
    f) administrative law; and
      g) public international law.

    Political Law as a particular field of Political Law
    in General, is defined as:

    “The branch of law which deals with the


    organization and operations of the
    government organs of the state and defines
    the relations of state with the inhabitants of
    its territory”.
