Ans: For me, it will be harder because in small
company, there would be a difficulty in
transition whenever there will be a open
position. The transferring of skills and
experience would be a problem for the next
employee who would handle the position.

Ans: Innovation is a new creative thought of a design,
development, and execution of the new operation in an
organization. Learning measures the changes in
