• Nestle is one of the best food companies not only in Pakistan but all over the world. The
members working in the Organization are concern about developing the high standards in
the market.
• “Now, in making this Report my main focus is to study all the strategies followed by the
Nestle Company. Which are centered on 4P’s of marketing. I got the information from
different resources where most common is the Internet. Through Internet I got the overall

• Company’s name Nestle specifies the quality image high standard and quality product.
• Loyalty from customers is also the major strength for the company.
• Employees are also loyal due to the decentralized culture of the company.
• People trust on products due to proper health and safety measures.
• Company has the ability to compete in a dynamic environment.
• Company always adapt the new technology.
Weaknesses
• There is not much margins for retailers to prefer it’s sales.
• They need to improve the facilities like chillers.
• The distribution cost is high as compared to the competition in the local market.
Opportunities
• They have an opportunity to expand or capture the market by adding its
product line.
• They have the opportunity to offer snacks.
• They can also capture the market of home appliances.
• Company can open separate stores to eliminate retailers.
• Recently, they have created an opportunity for themselves by introducing
chillers in the market.

Threats
• Existing companies are increasing their product lines that can prove to
be a threat in the coming years.
• Company like Cadbury is giving more discounts to retailers as
compared to distributors dueto which retailers prefer its products for
sale.
• As compared to the local competitors, our distributor cost is very
high. As Nestlécon fectionary Products has to maintain and obey the
Nestlé standards.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Sales promotion schemes to be introduced e.g. buy a dozen and get
one free.
• Setup of stalls in local festivals so that the products could be available
within the reach of a lay man. Appreciation to retailers in achieving
the given targets of sales of various Nestle products.
• R & D to introduce the new food products.
CONCLUSION

• Good food good life is not just a part of their logo they make sure
that they follow this principle. Their true commitment to their
consumer is a reason that company has developed so drastically not
only, is an achievement in itself & shows how much the consumer
love Nestle products.
