    customers. An Invoice Mart
    is an invoice generator
    application which provides
    billing system to every type
    of business in least cost .

    customer’s purchased items.
    2. It is also easy to find customers
    OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE: old invoices based on their previous
    invoice number.
    3. With the help of Tkinter GUI we
    make application that is interactive
    and user friendly.

    efficient application
    that will be helpful for
    not only customers but
    management also.
    • Now a days we usually
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: see that there is high
    need for billing system
    because there is GST
    tax on every product
    and we are providing
    invoice software at very
    low cost so that every
    shopkeeper can use it.
    PROPOSED SOLUTION:
    • (DESCRIBE DIFFERENT MODULES AND WORKING/ USE ACTIVITY DIAGRAM,
    ERP, DFD ALSO)
    • IN INVOICE MART firstly they have to put customer name and contact number and after
    that they have to choose products for billing and we have given different categories and
    every categories have different items then they can select items and their quantities then
    when they hit button of generate invoice, all taxes and calculation of these products will be
    completed in backend and bill for their cart is generated with unique bill number, and this
    bill is saved in database with it’s bill number and we can also print this invoice.

    • FOR EXAMPLE, if this application is used by a department store, then after giving
    customers options shopkeeper have option to choose product in different categories like
    cosmetics, grocery, cold drinks then every category have their products like grocery have
    rice, oil, sugar, tea and so on.

    • 4.IN THIS APP WE TAKE FIXED RATES FOR
    PRODUCTS THAT IS DEFINED BY SHOP OWNER.
