Cyber Bullying

Cyberbullying involves using electronic communication, such as messages and social media, to bully others. It can take various forms like harassment, flaming, exclusion, outing, and masquerading. Cyberbullying is different from traditional bullying because it can happen anywhere and anytime through anonymous posts, and it is difficult to remove content from the internet once shared. Kids who experience cyberbullying are more likely to use drugs and alcohol, skip school, and have lower self-esteem. They should save evidence of bullying, tell the person to stop, and seek help from others.
