ANALYSIS
Renowned BPO, VXI, focuses on providing contact center
services for businesses around the world. With headquarters in
Los Angeles and 5 locations in the Philippines, they needed a
solution to fulfill their volume hiring needs, especially faster
sourcing and more efficient processing.

They knew that in order to hire the most qualified candidates,


faster, automation was key. So, they got to work with Talkpush
and set up a custom bot to funnel their leads, as well as bucket the
results of particular candidates. This way, they were able to stop
the process of tracking each job campaign manually using
multiple Excels, which was making it impossible to get a wide
view of performance.
STRENGTH
VXI has a custom bot called Vixie. It is
their main sourcing tool that can be able to
acquire all candidate data. Inside the
Talkpush CRM’s analytics dashboard they
can easily see what’s working or what needs
to be change, and their recruiters don’t have
to spend hours organizing cumbersome
Excel sheets and scraping data from
multiple platforms. Vixie also has pre-
screening capabilities, which allow
recruiters to set parameters for basic
qualifications , like education, minimum age
requirement and location automatically short
listing qualified candidates for interviews
and rejecting those who don’t make the cut
saving them time to focus on top talent.
With Talkpush, VXI improved recruitment performance
across every stage of the funnel.

WEAKNESS

The possible weakness is that some people are not updated about
the Talkpush, that is why they are applying in the company itself.
Which is hassle especially now pandemic, and can make some
people on being lazy.
OPPORTUNITIES
As for the opportunities, VXI now takes less than 24 hours to
contact both applicants and referred candidates upon first touch,
capitalizing on opportunities that might have been missed before
since the manual process of approval or assigning a recruiter to
each new application has been eliminated. It’s all automated
inside the Talkpush platform. And because of Vixie they have 160
candidates daily. With a 30% hiring rate, they’re currently hiring
over 1500 candidates a month.
THREATS
Vixie has become an
important asset to the
VXI brand and
recruitment operations
and this can be a threat
to VXI. You can ask
Vixie in messenger.
And sometimes
messenger is down or
under maintenance, it
even happened last
week. If this incident
will happen always? It
will be a big loss for
VXI.
PROPOSED SOLUTION

One of the most important factors for this BPO was to


hone in on employer branding, and truly attract the
most qualified talent, with the right mindset. So the
best way or the best solution to have more applicants is
to keep on promoting Vixie. Not only does Vixie pre-
screen candidates for basic qualifications, she’s a
representation of VXI with her tone, penchant for
funny GIFs, and nurturing personality she lets potential
candidates know the kind of workplace they’d be
stepping into. I also use Vixie when I apply in VXI
before this class started, it feels like you are talking to
the recruiters.
RECOMMENDATIONS

 I recommend to have a advertisement in television,


billboards, pliers, etc., and promote Vixie, so that
people are aware about the Talkpush. It will help raise
the ratings of Vixie.
 I also recommend to have a game in chatbot that will
help people who can’t speak English fluently and learn
more about the basics of English.

As for the advertisement, it should be done by the


manager. And for the update of Vixie, it should be done
by the developers of the chatbot. By doing this
recomendations, it will help Vixie gain more attention
of people.
