ABSTRACT

Book My Event is an online website for online event management system booking on date and time
basis, in order to better facilitate meetings family functions and cultural events etc. This website helps any
authorized person to book the halls from internet and it also shows the availability of a particular hall at
the chosen time and date. This website also handles various device booking such as food catering, audio
system, lightening, video recording etc. this project is aimed to help users manage various events
throughout the year. It serves same as the functionality of an event manager. This project provides most of
the functionality required for an event. Our main aim of this project is to provide an ideal solution to book
events.
EXISTING SYSTEM

 In the present machine the people have to go to the characteristic halls/event halls in
the metropolis for availability on specific date and time.

 In addition they want to know what type of facilities supplied by the halls and rate and
so forth.

 This procedure of visiting and locating right corridor for the occasion is a time taking
process and calls for efforts.
Feasibility Study

There are three types of feasibilities:

 Technical Feasibility :
Technical feasibility is concerned with specifying the hardware and software
program a good way to correctly guide the tasks required.
 Operational Feasibility :
It is able to require humans to accumulate new abilities. Most of these
components ought to be without a doubt presented to the control so that the
control can talk with the worried people and exercise session an answer.
 Economic Feasibility:

Projects are commonly evaluated on financial basis. i.e. they have to display financial
returns that out weight the price.

Such analysis is also referred to as because the price advantage evaluation. Benefits
essentially are of sorts, Tangible and Intangible
PROPOSED SYSTEM

 Inside the proposed machine we develop a on-line internet site mission entitled as
“Book My Event”.
 This mission ought to lessen the time in ordinary hall booking procedure. In ordinary
reservation we need to spend greater time to book a corridor.
 However this challenge is used to e book a hall inside five mins. The customers can
view all function halls/occasion halls details inclusive of region, centers, fee, corridor
availability and and many others. and might e book from internet from anywhere.
 So the customers can store their precious time. The consumer can also capable of
cancel the reservation.

It has been a pleasure to work on this exciting and demanding project for the first time.
This work has proven me correct because it has provided a clear picture of what is lacking
from the best JAVA and JSP internet completely based applications and no volume home
application, Oracle Database, and Tomcat Server, as well as all the management features
associated with "Unusual Motoring." Furthermore, it offers insight into almost every
fashion generation used in the development of Internet-enabled applications and customer
server generation for a high-quality future call. This will provide more resources and
guidance for rising independent companies in the future.
