INTRODUCTION
 Language is a primary form of expression gifted to humans.
As a child grows up, he/she needs to express the various
thoughts, emotions, feelings, and ideas which contributes in
building his personality.
 School provides the forum where a child learns language in a
formal way for the first time. This learning helps the child in
not only acquiring knowledge about the academics but also
enables him to participate in many co-curricular activities.
 Moreover, children can efficiently interact with the world with
their understanding of language.
 The curriculum of school plays a vital role in developing the
language learning skill among students with the help of a
number of strategies.

DEVELOPING LSRW SKILLS
 LSRW stands for the four skills of listening, speaking, reading,
and writing. These could be considered as the four pillars of
effective communication.
 In these four skills of communication, language remains as a
common element. In the absence of language,
communication or interaction would be rendered null and
void.
 Schools specifically focus on developing curriculums that
would enhance the LSRW skills in students.
 Through the LSRW method, students get to learn language
while learning through a language.
 Hence, it encourages efficient interpersonal communication
and comprehensive skills among students.
