INTRODUCTION
• HyFun Foods is a venture of M/s. Asandas & Sons, a group enriched
with more than 50 years of experience and success in Potato business.
HyFun offers a variety of frozen food products like ready to-eat 100%
Veg. frozen Snacks, which are made from the finest vegetables and no
added preservatives or trans-fat
The processing plant is built as per the International Standards
with state of the art technology import from Europe in order to
manufacture best of the products under international hygiene
norms. A wide range of mouth-watering appetizers which
include our signature French Fries and other potato specialties
such as Aloo Tikki, Burger Patty, Chilli Garlic Potato Bites, Crispy
Potato Wedges, Veggie Nuggets, Mozzarella Cheese
Sticks,Chesy Potato Bites.
HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
 In 1962, the first generation of entrepreneurs at M/s.

Asandas & Sons began the trading of Potatoes and Onions.
The second generation further expanded the business and by November 2015, the third
generation set up HyFun to produce a variety of delicacies such as French Fries, Burger Patties,
Cheese Poppers etc. In a short span of 5 years HyFun became one of the most valued B2B player,
catering to leading global QSR brands. HyFun is a proud contributor to the 'Make in India'
initiative. Today we export our products to more than 20 countries across the globe. We can
proudly claim that we are an 'Indian Company with Global Standards'. Backed by six decades of
experience in the food sector, HyFun is one of the largest producers & exporters of premium-

Production Unit
 Food production, in simple terms, is the process of taking raw ingredients and converting them
into edible food fit for human consumption. There are very few things that naturally exist in a form
that is edible for humans, so we often take raw ingredients and process them in a way that will
provide edible food.
 Some things like fruits or vegetables that are found in the wild can often be plucked and eaten as
it is. In fact, many tribes around the world sustain themselves on wild fruit and vegetables.
 However, in the present day and age, it isn't easy to simply find fruits and vegetables in the wild, so
humans have developed farms and orchards, which have become part of the food production
process.
Sales And Marketing Office
 A sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing
opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The sales and marketing
manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial
duties to meet the company's operations goals.
 HyFun Foods, which manufactures frozen potato products, will set up a
new factory in northern Gujarat with an investment of about Rs 350 crore
as part of its expansion plan and future growth strategy. HyFun Foods,
which has an existing plant in the Mehsana district of Gujarat, sells more
than 25 ready-to-cook frozen snacks such as french fries, aloo tikki, burger
patties and nuggets.

 HyFun Foods, a popular producer and ex porter of superior quality frozen potato products had come up
with its announcement recently regarding its decision to enter into the retail segment that can enable it
to increase its reach to consumers throughout India.
 Keeping itself in sync with the Make in India initiative of Government of India, HyFun had established a
state-of-the-art potato processing plant in Mehsana, Gujarat in the year 2015. Within a brief period of 5
years, HyFun had been able to see huge success in the HoReCa as well as the QSR's in domestic as well as
the export market

French Fries
 Made from the finest potatoes, our signature French
Fries are a perfect balance of texture and taste. A
versatile side dish, that you can enjoy with a variety of
herbs and sauces.
 Ingredients: Potatoes, Refined Vegetable Oil
Preparation :- Deep Fry/Shallow Fry: Preheat oil to 175°C. Cook half basket of
HyFun French Fries for about 3 minutes until light golden colour
 Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spread your HyFun French Fries in a
single layer on a frying tray and air fry for approximately 12-15 minutes till
light golden colour. Shake couple of times in between.
