Road, Gadhinglaj
 No. of Rooms : 4 Rooms
 Training starts :5 August 2021
 Training End : 19 August 2021
 Total built up area : 1800 Sq. ft
 Project Engineer : Mr. Shrirang Rajaram
 costing of this work : 20,50,000
Company Overview
The S. D. Rajaram Engineer and Contractors company is medium Scale type of
company.
The company is Private type of company and run by Er. Shrirang Rajaram from
last 20 years.
 The company office is in Ayodya nagar 1st lane, Gadhinglaj.

 Various Construction plans and project contract are taken.


Unit plan
Column Casting
•On first day at site, I took permission from industrial supervisor to start my
Training.
1. First I neatly observe the site and study working plan.

• On first day the extended columns were Demolished. After that the
reinforcement of columns arranged with their proper sizes according the
numbers of columns.

NOTE- Size of columns - 9”-15”, 9”-18”,


Bars used sizes for column reinforcement – 12mm and 16mm
Check all ties on reinforcement are at a proper distance of 152mm.
Shuttering of columns
• The Reinforcement of column were is ready, the Shuttering of columns is done
and formwork is completed ,these activities carried out that day.

Precautions took on this day while
construction works
The tape should be use properly.
The upper and Lower distance should same then the check is correct.
• The columns which formwork is ready were filled with concrete on that day. The
grade of concrete used was M20 having proportion 1:1.5:3

Mixing the cement, sand, Aggregate
with proper proportion of M20 grade 1 Bag of cement
contains 12 Pan of sand and 14 pan of aggregates
Deshuttering Of Column
•The formwork were filled is removed of columns.
• After removal of formwork the fresh columns is comes in front.
• Then I told one labour to watering the columns three times in a day.

Opening the shuttering and formwork from the column which filled .
Construction of Walls

Construction of wall's were started according to


plan.
Construction of Beam
According to plan, Beam formwork is started.
Size of beam-9"-15"
Stirrups -6 inch. (152mm)
Bar diameter use -6mm & 8mm
Extra top - 10mm - 2 bars
Curtail bars - 12mm - 2 bars
Cover used - 1 inch from 3 sides (25mm)
Beam formwork
Leveling of beam & slab
Leveling of beam and slab:
After the reinforcement the level of beam. and
slab are checked. a) marking with the paint on
the columns bar at equal level by mean of
water pipe b) Join the all point by means of
thread then with the help of tape check the
level of beam and slab. If required adjustment
by mean of jack in scaffoldings.

Shuttering
• Steel shuttering is done according to plan for
slab
Form work of slab
Formwork of slab is staring according to plan.
Bentup bars are provided at l/4
Curtail bar -6 inch (152 mmg
Cover 20mm
Bar diameter - 8mm & 10mm used
• Form work of slab
Compacting the concrete by Vibration
Compaction of the concrete by vibration. Compaction of the concrete is
the process to get rid of the entrapped air and voids, elimination of
segregation occurred and to form a homogeneous dense mass.

CONCLUSTION
The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each
and every moment of it. I got such a strong impact on my
management skills after completing the industrial training of six
week.
