• Block work- Seventh floor - 100% & Eighth floor - 85% & Nineth floor- 40% completed.
• Internal plastering - Sixth floor - 95%, Seventh floor - 90% completed and Eight floor-60%
• Staircase granite flooring work - 3960/5755 Sqm completed (69%).
• Common area finishes -False ceiling framing material received at site from SMG and Mysore Lights.
• 1st Coat OBD completed in Service Rooms - Fan Rooms, Pump Room, PHE Pump Room, Fire Pump Room, Plant Room, UPS and Battery
Room of LB, UB & GF.
• Expansion joint works in Upper basement level in progress.
• Water proofing works commenced at 6th & 7th floor.
• Kickoff meeting held with Shika interiors and Swarna Enterprises for external developement civil works on 18th Nov 22.
MEP Package:
•Electrical Panels (11 nos ) delivered on 29/11/22. Total delivered numbers till now is 21 out of
83.Balance panel delivery expected by 20 th Dec 22.
•Panel positioning,coupling and tray work in progress in main Electrical room.
•Service lift lobby wiring works completed from GF to 7F.
•Electrical DB installed in 7F.
•Electrical conduiting works completed in 8F and 9F in progress
•Main earthing work in progress for jump lift.
•Plumbing vertical drain pipe works in shaft completed from GF to 9F in all AHU rooms.
•Pending 200 mm dia low noise pipe work completed near STP basement area.
•Pending storm water pipe joints completed in B2.
•Pending pump room pipes delivered, domestic pumps installed (06 nos) and piping works in progress at
PHE pump room.
•Sprinkler fixing completed in 7F.
•Pipe pressure testing completed for 01 zone and balance zone in progress.
•FPS piping work in progress at 8F and 9F.
•FA cabling completed in 8F,9F of Tower-01.
