Specific Controlling Contractor
Duties
• Notify the steel erector in writing regarding
concrete cure and anchor bolt changes
• Provide adequate layout areas and onsite
access roads
• Preclude work below steel erection unless
there is overhead protection
• Choose whether to accept responsibility for
maintaining fall protection equipment left by
erector (otherwise it must be removed)
