Objective:To Prepare,Cook And Present Seafood & Vegetable Dish
List of Ingredients:Seafood adobong tahong

-2Kilos mussels (about 400g mussels meat)
Vegetable:Pakbet -2Cups sprite
-crushed ginger

•Bawang-4 cloves -2pcs chopped onions
•Talong-4pcs •Sugar- -6cloves chopped garlic

1tbsp -400g mussels meat I got from the 2Kilos mussels
•Okra-2 pcs •Soy
1tspsauce-1tbsp -1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
•Ampalaya- •Water -1Tbsp soy sauce

Bagoong-about •Oil for saute'ing
1/4 cup -2Tbsp oyster sauce
-3Tbsp vinegar
•Camatis-2pcs•Knorr pork cubes
-2pcs dried bay leaves -chopped red and green chili p

• Procedure how to cook pakbet:First put oil in a hot pan
then saute the garlic follow the onion also saute the
anchovies and cook the anchovies well then follow the
tomato put the knorr pork cubes you can put the
pumpkin put the sugar too follow the soy sauce then put
the pamenta and mix-mix well and then beans can be
followed add the okra together then mix put some water
and then cover it until it boils follow the Eggplant then
cover it again until the vegetable will be cooked then put
ampalaya and lastly put seasonings and then its done
• Procedure how to cook adobong tahong:This 2 kilos mussels
washed and drained 3 times. Then add 2 cups sprite add
crushed ginger add 1/2tsp salt add ground black pepper mix
and turn on flame on medium setting and let it cook for about
8-10minutes after about 10 minutes set aside and separate the
mussel meat from it’s shell and keep the broth saute chopped 2
pcs onions on high flame setting for about 20 sec add 6cloves
chopped garlic and continue to saute for another 10 sec add
the mussel meat mix and continue to saute on high flame
setting for about 30 sec add ground black pepper add 2tbsp
oyster sauce reduce soy sauce and oyster sauce on high flame
setting add about ¾ cup of broth from earlier mix and make
sure to get those toasted flavors on pan add 2 pcs dried bay
leaves mix thoroughly add 3tbsp vinegar and cook on medium
to high flame setting for about 6-8minutes add chopped red
and green chili peppers to give it some kick after about 8 min
and the vinegar is milder, mix to avoid burning since all
