INTRODUCTION

SUMMARY:

In the project undertaken I have tried to incorporate my theoretical


knowledge of HR and combine it with practical examples as observed
during my internship period. I have tried to cover all the major functions
of Human Resource Management- recruitment, selection, training and
development and convey my understanding of the different functions of
Human Resource Management through this project.

OBJECTIVE OF STUDY:
 The main objective of this report is to provide necessary information
about the procedures of Recruitment and selection techniques
followed by HR recommendation.

 To fulfill the requirements of MBA Program

Recruitment for the position of “Relationship Manager”

First we require a job description for recruitment of Relationship Manager.

Job Analysis:

It is the procedure for determining the duties and skill requirements of a


job and the kind of person who should be hired for it.

Job Description:

A list of a job’s duties, responsibilities, reporting relationship, working


conditions, and supervisory responsibilities- one product of a job analysis.

The final stage is to review the candidates based on the results of their
interviews and any tests or assessments they have completed. This allows
you to hone down your pool until you have the best person for the job.

CONCLUSION

Recruitment is an important issue for any organization. Recruitment


and selection allows an organization to access the vacancy and choose
the best personnel who will lead the organization in future.

Recruitment plays a vital role in the development of the organization.


Recruitment is an important procedure in building an effective team
improving the proficiency. The success of the organization is measured
by effective team, which comes in to existences by efficient
recruitment & selection process.

As a result, the goal of every company should be to improve the desire


of employees to stay in the relationship they have with the company.
When companies understand and manage employee loyalty - rather
than retention specifically – they can reap benefits on both sides of the
balance sheet i.e., revenues and costs.
