others.

A- Balance symbolises the tool by which justice is achieved at
all times and everywhere, as there should be universal criteria
to ensure rights. The balance of both sides is the measure that
guarantees justice for both parties. The ring on the eyes may
symbolise blindness, and triggering rational thinking free from
emotions. The sword symbolises the fact that justice prevails
over injustice, and represents the tool of law, which guarantees
justice.
