In the process, very little heat from
your body is released. When your body
temperature stays elevated or continues to
increase, hyperthermia is may the occur. And

the 40.6 degree Celsius, it is commonly for
children 2 years old below, with heart disease,
diabetes, and also elder that may cause brain or
internal damage which can lead to death.
For the body adapt to humid and
hot weather conditions, it is important to
consider good preparations to avoid
hyperthermia.
Symptoms of Hyperthermia
- Heat cramps
- Heat exhaustion
- Heat stroke
- Nose Bleeding
• Nose Bleeding – aren't usually
serious. However, frequent or
heavy nosebleeds may indicate
more serious health problems,
such as high blood pressure or a
blood clotting disorder, and
should be checked. Excessive
bleeding over a prolonged period
of time can also lead to further
problems such as anemia.
Procedure how to treat Nose Bleeding
1. Scene Safety
2. Level of Consciousness
3. Check ABC(Airway Breathing
Circulation)
4. Lean forward & chin down
5. Pinch for 10 Minute
6. Call Emergency Hotline

•Heat cramps – these
refer to muscle
cramps caused by
extreme heat
exposure and low
water consumption.

7. Rest
• Heat exhaustion – this is
caused by excessive heat
exposure which is
characterized by paleness,
sweat skin, tiredness,
nausea, dizziness, muscle
cramps, and sometimes
vomiting fainting. The body
temperature can at times be
normal or slightly above
normal.

5. Give water or Oral Rehydration Solution
6. Call Emergency Hotline
• Heat stroke – this is caused
by every high body
temperature and can lead
to vomiting and
uncontrollable shaking. It
occurs because the body is
overheating and is not able
to keep because it can lead
to death.

•To avoid Hyperthermia, remember the following:
•Start slowly – your body adapts to physical activity in
hot weather once exposed it. Start slowly and then
increase the duration and intensity incrementally.
