Rules
are created to bring order
and system. Thus, we
have rules in our lives, in
every place or even in the
way we do things.
Examples:
You must keep the door
closed.
We should remove our
shoes before we enter.
However, in some instances,
instructions are not directly
stated. Thus, we should be
able to understand the
implied permission,
obligation, lack of
obligation, or prohibition.
Examples:
The room is air-
conditioned.
(You must keep the door
closed)
Examples:
Shoes are not allowed
inside the house.
(You should remove your
shoes before you enter)
Match each rule
with its location.
Write only the letter
of your answer.

touch
the
animals.
2. You
mustn’t

flowers
3. You

silence
while
reading.
