• Metrics & charts should be tailored to the supplier and their performance issues
• Select Meaningful Supplier Facing Metrics for Measures of Effectiveness
(MOE)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Identify MOEs/KPIs that directly or indirectly reflect positive or negative impacts to LM
• Use Actual Numbers, Unit of Measure & Formula for MOEs/KPIs
