or small scale events such as workshop, festivals, conferences, ceremonies, formal parties, concerts, or conventions.
The core phase of the application will display list of events based on the user profile details. This event will further
contain description about event, its exact location, date and time.
User can search the event details and ask qureried realted to it.

EXISTING SYSTEM
In the existing system In the present scenario, existing system has many drawbacks which make it inefficient to carry on
with it The present working system of the referred company is manual.
It is difficult to maintain all details of events, employee and the services. The execution of the event sometimes delays due
to unmanaged planning
The first component is the event registration process, which allows event organizers to create a secure and user-friendly
system for people to register for the event
This component allows organizers to easily view and manage the event schedule. Event calendars can be used to view
upcoming events, plan events in advance, track attendance, and more.
DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM
It isn't compelling and which has a few hindrances which as pursues Less powerful and tedious.

The proposed system is computerized and has been developed using advance language therefore it gives more facilities than
present system
It provides quick access to any data. In this system user have to enter the data only once and then it get linked with all files.
This reduces the workload of user and it is also a time saving process. The information about any event can be easily
retrieved.
