content and valuable content —blogs, newsletters, white papers, social media
posts, emails, videos, and the like—to current and potential customers.
o Content marketing is a marketing strategy used to attract, engage, and retain an
audience by creating and sharing relevant articles, videos, podcasts, and other
media.
Content marketing is often used by business in order to:
• Engage a community of users online.
• Expand their base of customers
• Attract attention and generate leads
• Enhance brand credibility or awareness
• Increase online sales
