Epic

• It is a big user story that needs to be broken down.


• They group together bugs, stories, and tasks to illustrate the progress of a larger
initiative.
• In agile development, epics usually represent a significant deliverable.

Bug

It is a problem which prevents a product from functioning as expected.

Story

A user story is the smallest unit of work that needs to be completed.

It represents the work that must be done.

It is a piece of work required to complete a task.
