    Geological Periodization
    The oldest era about 2,500 million years ago
    1. Azoic The skin of the earth is still hot and there is no
    life

    Since 340 million years ago


    2. Paleozoic There appeared small invertebrates, fish,
    amphibians and reptiles
    Geological Periodization
    Mesozoic start about 140 million years ago. There are
    dinosaurs, many kinds of birds. Also called the reptile
    3. Mesozoic age. Giant fossil have been found in various places
    around the world

    4. Neozoic / Neozoic age start about 60 million years ago. Divided


    into two ages again, namely the tertiary era and the
    Cenozoic quarter era.

    Neozoic / Cenozoic Age (new age)

    Tertiary Age

    In the tertiary era, the giant reptile species began to become


    extinct, there were mammals, while reptiles decreased, and there
    were many types of apes
    Quarter Age

    Quater age began 600,000 years ago and was divided into
    Pleistocene (dillivium) and holocene (alluvium).
    Neozoic / Cenozoic Age (new age)

    The Pleistocene era started 600,000 years ago and was marked by
    the presence of ancient humans. this era is often called the ice age
    (glacial age) which was marked by the melting of the ice that had
    accumulated at the north pole. At that time, there was a global
    climate change until ice covered parts of northern Europe,
    northern Asia and North America. if the air temperature low, the
    sea water drops. conversely, if the temperature rises, the ice will
    melt and sea water will rise
    Neozoic / Cenozoic Age (new age)

    The Holocene era started about 20,000 years ago and continues
    until today. At this time, the Indonesian Archipelago has been
    formed and is no longer integrated with Asia or Australia
