Court of India:-
I. Today Education failed to reform Human Behaviour, and
II. With increase in Literacy Level, there is decline in Human Values in the
Society.
• Constant Decline in Gross Enrolment Ratio(GER) in Schools and HEIs.
• Constant Increase in unemployment.
• Gap between the skill acquired by the youth and the skill demanded
by the labour market.
