    The Lewis Society of Medicine Our Speaker – Dr Jenny Dickens
    The Lewis Society of Medicine is based at Corpus Christi
    College, within the University of Cambridge. The Society’s Dr Jenny Dickens studied
    members consist of past and current members of the College medicine here at Corpus
    associated with medical, veterinary or biomedical science. Christi College,
    Our mission is to support and develop medical teaching and
    research at Corpus Christi, involving students, old members, Cambridge. After
    supervisors, fellows and staff associated with medical life at graduating, Dr Dickens
    the College. In addition, we hold several public events chose to specialise in
    throughout the year aimed at promoting awareness and
    discussion on current topics related to the science and practice
    respiratory medicine and
    of medicine. was awarded an MRC
    Clinical Training
    Patrons & Trustees Committee Fellowship, also completing her PhD investigating α1-
    antitrypsin deficiency in 2014. Although Dr Dickens
    Dr Philip Bearcroft President – Diya holds a respiratory consultant position at
    Prof. Karol Sikora Salahudin Addenbrooke’s and Royal Papworth hospitals, she has
    Prof. Alastair remained research-oriented, being awarded an MRC

    Dr Alexis Joannides Stables, Dini Witharana, enjoys baking and playing the cello.
