moving parts, thereby reducing energy consumption and preventing premature equipment failure. These
lubricants come in various types, including mineral oil-based, synthetic, and biodegradable options, each
suited for specific applications based on factors such as temperature range, load-bearing capacity, and
environmental considerations.
In industries such as automotive manufacturing, energy production, mining, and food processing,
industrial lubricants play critical roles in ensuring smooth operations of engines, turbines, heavy
machinery, and food-grade equipment. They are selected based on their viscosity, temperature stability,
corrosion resistance, and compatibility with equipment materials and regulatory standards.
Regular maintenance, including monitoring lubricant quality and replenishing as needed, is crucial to
sustaining optimal performance and extending equipment life. Industrial lubricants not only enhance

DAILY TASKS
1. Prepare ATTENDANCE for the day with HRMS software
2. Get regular updates from LINKEDIN & APNA application
3. Download and maintain the Resumes of the applied candidates online
4. Screen the Resumes received from the online applications
5. Shortlist the eligible candidates from the resumes received
6. Prepare the Excel for the shortlisted candidates as of with basic details
7. Report to the prepared Excel to the higher authority
8. Scheduling Interview of the candidates once the Higher authorities revert back the Excel
file by Personal calling
TASKS ACHIEVED
Handling and execution of HRMS software.
Prepare the list of eligible candidates by screening and shortlisting in Excel.
Experienced On boarding process of the candidate selected.
Have an update always ready foe the Recruitment process with facts and figures.
And some tasks are unplanned Human Resource head and assistant give the task and I have
to complete it.
LEARNING FROM SIP
The overall structure of how company works.
How different department of company co-ordinate with each other. And they all are connected with
each other.
I also learn value chain from making of product to the customer.
How various types of expenses are entered in the company and in which way.
Most importantly I learnt how Human Resource Management is being practiced.
Recruiting process and execution on industry level.
Knowledge of basic MS Excel.

CONCLUCTION
I would like to conclude this report by saying that this internship was a valuable experience for me. I learned
many new things in the field of Human Resource Management. Throughout my internship I gained practical
knowledge of company and its Human Resource department such as HRMS Software, onboarding process
including Recruiting process and many more things related to it. I also enhanced my skills by working on
software such as MS excel and HRMS. I also worked and developed on my communication, leadership,
decision making and many important skills in those 2 month of internship program.

As an MBA HR student, I have learned many things which will help me in future and due to this it will be
easy task for me to work as full-time Human Resource job. Human Resource Depatment of Hamlai industry
have helped me a lot to sharp up my skills and also have guided me in this field. Environment of the
company was good that it was easy for me to adopt it and office staff help me to clear concept of teamwork
and they pushed me towards my personal growth.
